Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging (where possible).
  • You must provide your order number.

Defective or Non-Compliant Products

If you have received a product that is defective, damaged, or does not match your order, we will cover all return shipping costs and offer you the choice of:

Refunds

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:
