2. Acceptance of the T&Cs

Any order placed on our store implies full and complete acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. These T&Cs are governed by French law.

3. Products

RYXEN sells EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) devices for muscle recovery. Our products are shipped via dropshipping from our partner suppliers. Product photos and descriptions are provided for informational purposes only and may vary slightly.

4. Prices

Prices displayed are in euros (EUR), all taxes included (TTC). RYXEN reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of your order confirmation.

5. Order and payment

To place an order, add the product to your cart and follow the validation steps. Payment is secured via Shopify Payments (credit card, etc.). The order is confirmed after payment validation.

6. Delivery

Our products are shipped via dropshipping. Estimated delivery times are 7 to 15 business days from the order confirmation. These times are indicative and may vary depending on logistical and customs conditions. RYXEN cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers or customs services.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a 14-day period from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.

To exercise this right, contact us at support.ryxen@gmail.com, indicating your order number. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, except in the case of a defective or non-compliant product.

8. Legal guarantees

All our products benefit from the legal guarantees provided by French law:

• Legal guarantee of conformity (art. L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code)
• Guarantee against hidden defects (art. 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code)

9. Liability

RYXEN cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.

10. Intellectual property

All content present on the RYXEN store (texts, images, logo) is protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction is prohibited without prior authorization.

11. Disputes
